Suboptimal placement of north arrow and scale bar

When the accordion is fully closed and there is no transparent white background on the left, the north arrow and scale bar are not positioned optimally.
In this state, it would be clearer if these elements were aligned to the far left side of the view like when the accordion is fully closed using the caret button.
