You can configure domain lists on an attribute (attributes > values). This is now a lot of work to do manually if there are a lot of values to configure. 2 possibilities:

- Use linked datasets: after linking make it possible to unlink while keeping the domainlist. Domainlist is then editable again - Upload excel: similar to import users, excel is linked once as a domainlist, possibility to download domainlist and upload/update domainlist
